OUR METHODS
Integrating Science, Spirit & the Seven Dimensions of Life
Each of us carries the potential to live with balance, vitality, and purpose — but modern life often pulls us away from that natural state. Our retreats are immersive journeys designed to help you return to wholeness, realign with your truth, and awaken your highest potential.
Every retreat combines the precision of modern science with the depth of ancient wisdom, guided by world-class facilitators and therapists with decades of experience in healing, wellness, and transformation. Together, we explore the Seven Dimensions of Life — Body, Energy, Emotions, Mind, Spirit, Relationships, and Mission — creating a truly holistic approach to self-evolution.
Through a powerful integration of yoga, qigong, meditation, breathwork, movement, mindset training, therapeutic guidance, and connection with nature, participants experience profound insight, healing, and renewal. Each retreat also includes educational components, exploring the science behind health, longevity, and consciousness — offering practical, efficient, and effective tools to bring balance into every area of life.
From deep inner healing to performance optimization, from burnout recovery to conscious expansion, each retreat is a different pathway toward the same destination: a more aligned, aware, and fulfilled version of yourself.
Come to reconnect with your essence, to awaken your potential, and to learn the art of living fully-in harmony with yourself, with others, and with the world.

Yoga
Yoga is an ancient and powerful system that strengthens the body, steadies the mind, and often opens a deeper connection to one’s inner life or sense of spirit, in whatever way feels natural. In a retreat setting, free from notifications, deadlines, and noise, yoga works faster and deeper, helping you release tension you didn’t even know you were carrying. As your breath steadies and your body opens, focus sharpens, energy rises, and stress stops running the show.
For some, this becomes a subtle gateway to feeling more grounded, present, or aligned with a spiritual path they’re already on, or simply more connected to themselves, without any pressure or expectations. The result is simple but powerful: you move better, think clearer, respond instead of react, and show up more fully in everything else you do – on the mat and far beyond it.
Meditation
Meditation trains the mind to become calmer, clearer, and more present, helping you step out of constant mental noise and into awareness. In a retreat setting, away from daily distractions and responsibilities, meditation becomes easier and more natural, allowing its benefits to unfold more quickly and deeply. With regular practice, meditation reduces stress, improves focus and emotional balance, and often creates a quiet sense of inner connection — whether that’s spiritual, reflective, or simply a deeper relationship with yourself. The result is a steadier mind, a more grounded way of being, and a quality of presence that positively affects everything you do, long after the retreat ends.
Breathwork
Breathwork is one of the most powerful and accessible tools for healing, vitality, and expanded awareness, using the breath as a direct gateway into the nervous system and deeper layers of consciousness. Drawing from ancient pranayama in yoga, Taoist breathing from qigong, and modern, science-backed breathwork methods, these practices are proven to reduce stress, support emotional and physical healing, boost energy, and improve mental clarity. For those open to it, breathwork can also unlock altered or heightened states of consciousness, offering moments of deep insight, release, and genuine spiritual experience beyond the thinking mind. In a retreat setting, with expert guidance and space to fully let go, breathwork becomes a transformative journey — one that continues to reshape how you feel, breathe, and live long after the retreat finishes.
Qigong
Qigong gently trains the body, breath, and mind to move energy more efficiently, creating deep health, balance, and vitality. Through slow, flowing movements and mindful breathing, it supports the nervous system, improves circulation, strengthens immunity, and calms emotions— benefits now backed by modern scientific research. Unlike many practices, qigong is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or flexibility, making it an ideal entry point even for those who feel yoga isn’t for them. In a retreat setting, qigong becomes deeply nourishing, reconnecting you to a steady inner flow that supports clarity, resilience, and a quiet sense of well-being that touches body, energy, and spirit.
Nature inmersion
Nature immersion is a central and intentional part of our retreats, not a backdrop but an active partner in the experience. Surrounded by fresh air, open landscapes, water, and natural rhythms, the body and nervous system naturally unwind, with science showing clear benefits for stress reduction, mood, immunity, and mental clarity. Through walks, hikes, stillness, and time in water when possible, energy settles, emotions soften, and perspective widens in ways no indoor setting can replicate. In nature’s presence, many people feel a quiet return to balance and belonging — an experience that nourishes the body, calms the mind, and gently restores the spirit.
Mindset coaching
Mindset coaching is an integral part of our retreats, offering focused guidance to help you see yourself, your patterns, and your possibilities with fresh clarity. In a retreat setting, away from daily pressures and familiar roles, real shifts happen more quickly — both in group sessions and in personalized one-on-one coaching. This work helps untangle limiting beliefs, align thoughts with intention, and create emotional and energetic coherence that naturally improves relationships, performance, and well-being. The result is a clearer sense of direction, deeper self-trust, and a mindset that supports not just what you do, but who you are becoming and the life you’re here to live.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of gently awakening to the present moment, cultivating a calm, clear awareness that brings depth and meaning to everyday life. Away from constant stimulation, you learn not just how to slow down, but how to truly notice your thoughts, emotions, body, and the subtle beauty of being alive. This practice softens reactivity, sharpens awareness, and brings a steady ease that naturally improves relationships, decision-making, and emotional balance. What you carry home is a skill for everyday life: the ability to return to presence, even in the middle of chaos, and live with greater depth, patience, and intention.
Rebirthing Breathwork
Rebirthing breathwork is a deep, intentional breathing practice that supports profound healing, emotional release, and nervous system regulation, with growing scientific research showing its benefits for stress, trauma, and overall well-being. In the protected space of a retreat, guided with care and presence, this practice allows the body to let go of stored tension and old patterns that are often held beneath conscious awareness. For some, the experience is subtle and grounding; for others, it can open powerful moments of insight, release, or expanded awareness — always meeting you where you are. What you take home is not just the memory of the experience, but a lighter inner landscape, a renewed relationship with your breath, and a deeper capacity to meet life with clarity, resilience, and trust.
Holotropic Breathwork
Holotropic breathing is an immersive inner journey that uses breath and sound to open doorways into deep insight, emotional release, and expanded awareness. In the held, intentional space of a retreat, the mind can soften and the body can safely surrender, allowing old patterns and stored experiences to move, resolve, and integrate. Many people encounter moments of clarity, profound release, or a felt sense of connection that goes beyond ordinary consciousness, while its therapeutic benefits are well recognized for stress relief and emotional integration. What remains after the retreat is a quiet sense of wholeness, a deeper trust in your inner guidance, and a shifted perspective that continues to unfold in daily life.
Shamanic Breathwork
Shamanic breathwork is a ceremonial, rhythm-driven breathing practice that invites deep inner exploration, healing, and connection beyond ordinary awareness. In the grounded, intentional space of a retreat, supported by guidance, music, and ritual, participants can safely journey inward, allowing emotional blocks, old stories, and stored energy to surface and release. Many experience vivid insight, emotional renewal, or a strong sense of connection to something larger than themselves, while also feeling deeply regulated and embodied afterward. What you carry home is a renewed sense of clarity, resilience, and connection — an inner knowing that continues to guide and support you long after the retreat ends.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful way of accessing the subconscious mind, where deeply rooted patterns, beliefs, and emotional imprints quietly shape daily life. In the calm, supportive environment of a retreat, the mind naturally relaxes, allowing hypnotherapy to work more effectively and often more quickly than in everyday settings. Far from stage tricks or loss of control, modern hypnotherapy is a well-researched, collaborative process that helps people release limitations, heal emotional wounds, and create meaningful change from the inside out. What participants carry home is a clearer inner landscape, a renewed sense of choice, and lasting shifts that continue to unfold long after the session ends.
Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)
EFT, The Emotional Freedom Technique (commonly known as tapping), is a gentle yet powerful practice that works with the body’s stress response to release emotional tension and restore inner balance. In a retreat setting, where the nervous system is already settling, EFT can reach deeper layers, with growing research suggesting benefits not only for anxiety and stress, but also for emotional resilience, mindset shifts, and even physical well-being. Many people are surprised by how quickly tapping can soften long-held emotional patterns and create a sense of relief and clarity. Because it’s simple, portable, and easy to learn, participants leave with a practical tool they can use anytime, anywhere, to reset their state and support themselves long after the retreat ends.
Targeted 1:1 and couples coaching
One-on-one and couples coaching is a deeply supportive element of our retreats, offering focused, compassionate space for individuals and partners to be seen, heard, and understood. In the retreat environment, away from daily stress and old dynamics, coaching sessions —whether individually, together, or both — can reach the heart of patterns that often remain hidden at home. This work supports greater honesty, emotional safety, intimacy, and clarity, helping couples heal past wounds and individuals reconnect with their needs and truth. Many leave with renewed connection, practical communication tools, and a deeper sense of alignment — within themselves and in the way they relate to others in their lives.
NEW
Psychotherapy
For our participants who are experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, or who are survivors of abuse —including sexual, domestic, intimate partner, parental neglect, and various other forms— we recommend starting with a psychological evaluation and developing a personalized recovery plan. Likewise, during our psychedelic medicine retreats, our team of psychotherapists provides ongoing support.
1:1 Coaching sessions

Whether they are going through a breakup, dealing with major life changes, recovering from substance abuse, or adjusting to a new life, our coaches are available to support you. In addition to talk therapy, the coaches of Nierika also help you develop strategies to face your challenges.
All the members of our team have decades of experience, both theoretical and practical, and most importantly, they care about you. For them, this is much more than a job—it’s their life’s calling. That’s why they provide a service of excellence that goes beyond the ordinary and makes a lasting impact on the lives of each of our participants.
Traditional Thai Massage
A traditional therapy combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Our therapeutic sessions focus on mobility, muscle release, mindful breathing, and energy restoration. It is primarily used to relieve muscle pain, increase flexibility, improve blood circulation, and reduce stress.
Biomagnetism & Binaural Therapy
Combining Biomagnetism and Binaural Therapy involves pairing magnetic body-balancing techniques with auditory brainwave entrainment to promote holistic relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall wellness. While biomagnetism relies on magnets to rebalance the body’s pH level and energy, binaural beats use tuned audio to guide brainwaves into deeper meditative states.
Potential Benefits
- Stress Reduction: Binaural beats are often used to reduce cortisol levels, allowing you to enter a deeply relaxed or meditative state.
- Enhanced Focus: Beta or Gamma binaural patterns can be used to promote concentration, alertness, and cognitive clarity.
- Physical Balance: Biomagnetism practitioners believe that restoring the body’s natural energy grid directly complements the calming mental state achieved through sound therapy.
Aura Cleansing & Energy Harmonization
Aura cleansing and energy harmonization are holistic practices aimed at clearing stagnant, negative energy from your subtle energy field (the aura) and restoring balance. These techniques—which include meditation, smudging, and sound healing—help you feel lighter, more centered, and spiritually aligned.
They are utilized as part of our preparation for various processes, particularly before using psychedelic medicine, and to help ground our intentions for the ceremony.
Fascial Maneuvers
Fascial Maneuvers are a series of self-care movements that combine strategic body twists, breathwork, and internal pressure mechanics to release tension in the body’s fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles, organs, and bones). They are designed to relieve stored stress, reduce pain, and reset the nervous system.
We focus on therapeutic movements designed to release fascial tension, unlock bodily memories, and support the release of emotional trauma stored in the body, thereby promoting greater connection, mobility, and overall well-being.
Hormesis Practices
The practice includes meditative work in the sauna to connect with the element of fire and emotions, combined with breathwork and concluding with ice baths.
These experiences are designed to strengthen physical and mental resilience, support the immune system, stimulate healthy hormonal processes, and promote greater nervous system regulation.
Access Consciousness
Sessions are designed to release mental and emotional blocks, promoting greater clarity, lightness, and energetic openness. It helps individuals gain deeper insight into themselves, trauma, or past experiences that affect their behavior, decision-making, or emotional states.
Aqua Therapy (Watsu)
An aquatic therapeutic experience focused on deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional support, and body awareness through conscious movement in water. Watsu is performed in one-on-one sessions in a pool filled with warm water that reaches chest level. During a session, a practitioner gently cradles, moves, stretches, and massages the recipient. A typical session consists of a progression of breath coordination, movement patterns in different positions, and massage.
The movement patterns include gentle rocking and swaying, more dynamic stretches, stillness, and specific mobilization techniques tailored to the client’s needs or condition. A session can last from a few minutes to over an hour. During the session, the practitioner continuously monitors the client’s condition, paying close attention to subtle changes in muscle tension and breathing, and adapting the treatment accordingly.
